You will drive technical strategy, mentor fellow engineers, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver highly available, secure, and performant systems. Your expertise will directly influence how we scale our technology to meet evolving business demands.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">In this role, you will also act as the Connectivity Service Delivery Manager for the Americas region, leading end-to-end delivery of network and connectivity services. You will work with business stakeholders, internal delivery and engineering teams, and external telecom providers to ensure solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to engineering standards.</span></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\"><strong>Job responsibilities</strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Design and implement scalable, resilient infrastructure architectures that support business-critical applications and services.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Oversee service delivery for all connectivity projects across the Americas, ensuring solutions are implemented on time, within budget and to defined quality standards</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical infrastructure solutions.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Coordinate with telecom service providers, vendors, and internal engineering teams throughout the delivery lifecycle – from design to acceptance testing and handover to operations. Maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, driving performance against SLAs and service improvement plans.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Track project progress, identify risks and implement mitigation plans to ensure seamless delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
