This position will be responsible for overall management of our New Product Introduction (NPI) programs, driving the success of those programs, and ensuring customer communications are timely and accurate.</p><p>The individual will partner with engineering, operations, and commercial teams to ensure successful product launches, optimized manufacturability, and competitive pricing.</p><p>As a Project Manager (PM), NPI Engineering at our Hobson &amp; Motzer site in Durham, CT, you will have the opportunity to provide overall management of our site’s NPI programs ensuring programs are well planned and efficiently executed. You will be able to work with internal and external customers and resources while overseeing all aspects of projects, including ownership of specific projects. This is a great role to expand your existing project management and business knowledge as you will be involved from the initial quote process, including customer proposals, to the final production stabilization while launching medical devices, which positively affect patients’ lives.</p><p>This position requires strong technical expertise, project leadership, and the ability to balance execution with strategic thinking. The successful candidate will have product and process knowledge in addition to strong PM skills.
