In this role, you will lead sophisticated engineering efforts, collaborate across disciplines, and provide technical guidance that helps deliver safe, compliant, and forward-thinking gas solutions for our clients and communities.</p>\n<h2>What You'll Do:</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide advanced judgement and analysis techniques to complete complex engineering designs, technical reports, specifications, and contract documents for gas infrastructure projects</li>\n <li>Plan, schedule, and coordinate detailed phases of projects with other engineering disciplines and project management staff</li>\n <li>Monitor project progress and performance to ensure efficient production and minimize issues in critical gas systems</li>\n <li>Complete projects within budget and scheduling constraints, supporting reliable and cost-effective gas solutions</li>\n <li>Provide guidance and technical review for junior engineering staff</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What You Bring:</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s Degree in Structural Engineering required</li>\n <li>Minimum of 4 years of discipline-specific engineering experience required</li>\n <li>Experience with structural inspections, report writing, and developing cost proposals for structural work preferred</li>\n <li>Proven ability to develop structural solutions to unique utility attachment issues preferred</li>\n <li>Professional Engineer (PE) license required; NBIS certificate is a plus</li>\n <li>Advanced proficiency in engineering, computational, and modeling software (Revit, AutoCAD, MicroStation, etc.), as well as Microsoft Office</li>\n <li>Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, business practices, and engineering laws.</li>\n <li>Proven leadership skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment</li>\n <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li>\n <li>Participation in professional engineering societies/organizations preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Why You'll Love It Here:</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead challenging gas infrastructure projects that support reliable energy delivery and community safety</li>\n <li>Mentor and inspire junior engineers contributing to the development of resilient gas systems</li>\n <li>Collaborate with talented professionals across disciplines in a flexible, supportive work environment</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Curious about the impactful work our Gas Team is doing?
