    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>Assure cleanliness of public spaces within the hotel, foyers, stairwells, and public vending areas. Assists Room Attendants in order to maintain high standards of quality& cleanliness.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Empty trash from public spaces</li>\n <li>Vacuum, sweep, and/or mop hallways, stairwells, vending areas, and foyers</li>\n <li>Clean and remove spots from corridor walls and doors.</li>\n <li>Polish and clean mirrors, room numbers on guest room doors, and elevator door and buttons.</li>\n <li>Assist with pre-cleaning sanitizing of guest rooms</li>\n <li>Cleaning and sanitizing of public spaces.</li>\n <li>Assist houseperson when necessary</li>\n <li>Clean public restrooms</li>\n <li>Respond to guest questions.</li>\n <li>Provide guest assistance, directions, and information as requested</li>\n <li>Report all suspicious persons or activities, hazardous conditions, etc., to the Safety/Security Department</li>\n <li>Provide instruction and/or guidance for guest and employee safety in fire or other emergency situations.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>Physical mobility and stamina required, ability to follow instruction, detail orientated, professional attitude required, ability to work independently.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>Compensation Range</u></strong>The compensation for this position is $16.10/hour. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What we offer:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Competitive starting wages</li>\n <li>Health, Dental, Vision and other benefits available after 60 days</li>\n <li>DailyPay</li>\n <li>401k</li>\n <li>Paid Training</li>\n <li>Paid PTO</li>\n <li>Referral program</li>\n <li>Discounts at all Kinseth Hotel Corporation hotels and restaurants </li>\n</ul>",
