The ideal candidate should have an eye for clean and artful design, possess superior UI skills and be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts, and transform them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces.</p>\r\n<p> </p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Responsibilities</span></p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience</li>\r\n<li>Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering</li>\r\n<li>Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks</li>\r\n<li>Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas</li>\r\n<li>Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders</li>\r\n<li>Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback</li>\r\n<li>Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Skills</span></p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Proven UI experience</li>\r\n<li>Demonstrable UI design skills with a strong portfolio</li>\r\n<li>Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps</li>\r\n<li>Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, OmniGraffle, or other visual design and wire-framing tools</li>\r\n<li>Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping.</li>\r\n<li>Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction</li>\r\n<li>Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.</li>\r\n<li>Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively</li>\r\n<li>Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies</li>\r\n<li>BA/BS or comparable experience</li>\r\n<li>Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n<p>Strong Tower: Strong Tower Consulting LLC (@inclusionconsulting) Instagram photos<br>and videos https://www.instagram.com/inclusionconsulting/</p>",
