Maintains inventory records of controlled substances and Municipal Animal Services supplies. Maintains facilities in a neat and organized manner.</li><li>Maintains supplies and storage areas in a neat and organized manner, managing inventory and supplies in accordance with established policies and practices.</li><li>Receives animals from citizens and provides compassionate customer service.</li><li>Responds to residents and other departments calls for service, including but not limited to: loose animals, bite incidents, aggressive animals, neglect investigations, confined animal pick up, deceased animal pick up and other enforcement duties.</li><li>Uses technology efficiently, including animal management software, field operations software, technological programs to streamline and organize workload, and basic office equipment.</li><li>Routes issues and complaints to the appropriate personnel.</li><li>Assists with coordination and communication with rescue partners and citizens.</li><li>Regular and timely attendance.</li></ul><p><br></p>",
