This position requires a leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, embraces innovation, and is passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality experiences for students, faculty, staff, and campus guests.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This role offers a clear growth path to a Resident District Manager position for a high-performing leader who demonstrates strong business acumen, client relationship management, and operational excellence.</p>\n<h2>What You'll Do</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead and oversee all day-to-day resident dining operations across multiple service areas.</li>\n <li>Manage the dining program while ensuring financial performance, budget compliance, and operational efficiency.</li>\n <li>Drive student, customer, and client satisfaction through exceptional hospitality and service standards.</li>\n <li>Lead, coach, and develop a unionized workforce, creating a culture of engagement, accountability, and teamwork.</li>\n <li>Oversee campus catering operations, convenience store services, and summer camp dining programs.</li>\n <li>Implement and maintain Sodexo systems, programs, and operational standards.</li>\n <li>Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, labor, and workplace safety regulations.</li>\n <li>Build strong relationships with university leadership and become a trusted campus partner.</li>\n <li>Identify opportunities for innovation, continuous improvement, and enhanced customer experiences.</li>\n <li>Monitor key performance indicators and execute strategies to achieve financial and operational goals.</li>\n <li>Foster a positive, inclusive, and customer-focused environment for employees and students.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What We Offer</h2>\n<p>Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
