    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>Orthopaedic Advanced Practice Provider - Surgical</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center – Lebanon, NH</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Dartmouth Health’s Department of Orthopaedics</strong> is currently seeking an <strong>Advanced Practice Provider (Physician Associate or Nurse Practitioner)</strong> to work at our academic medical center in <strong>Lebanon, NH</strong>. You will play a key role in delivering comprehensive musculoskeletal care, with a primary focus on <strong>sports medicine</strong>. In this collaborative environment, you’ll work alongside physicians, APPs, residents, and clinical support staff to manage both acute and chronic orthopedic conditions. This role offers a unique blend of operative and non-operative responsibilities, providing opportunities to evaluate patients in clinic, perform procedures, and assist in surgeries, while supporting coordinated, patient-centered care across the full spectrum of orthopedic services.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>Key Responsibilities:</em></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide comprehensive musculoskeletal care, including patient evaluation, imaging, treatment planning, and documentation.</li>\n <li>Coordinate referrals and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.</li>\n <li>Manage patient communications, including calls, prescription refills, results, and urgent triage.</li>\n <li>Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures such as injections, aspirations, splinting, casting, bracing, minor outpatient procedures, and wound care.</li>\n <li>Assist attending physicians with operative care and surgical management.</li>\n <li> Maintain clinical volumes aligned with departmental needs, which may include outreach at our satellite locations.</li>\n <li>Participate in peer-to-peer reviews for insurance coverage and support administrative requirements.</li>\n <li>Engage in quality improvement initiatives and educational opportunities, including mentoring APPs, students, and peers.</li>\n <li>Cover day call on a rotational basis.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>What DHMC has to offer you:</em></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Up to $15,000 in relocation assistance (amount based on the distance of the move)</li>\n <li>Generous retirement programs with up to 6% employer match</li>\n <li>PSLF eligibility and up to $10,000 in tuition repayment program</li>\n <li>Inclusive and collegial team environment</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>To learn more, please visit</strong>:</p>\n<p>DHProviders.org</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>To apply, please email:</strong></p>\n<p>Jessica M.
