We Love Who We  Serve. SUMMARY: Reporting to the Lead Resource Manager, Resource Managers will align and support their respective Consulting Solutions Practice Area. The Resource Manager will be the primary Consulting Solutions direct point of contact with new and existing Consulting Solutions consultants from the point of onboarding through their time on assignment and Consulting Solutions redeployment or end of assignment. The Resource Manager will be responsible for providing a ‘white glove’ treatment to our great consultants to ensure they have a world class experience and to ensure we are meeting their needs in terms of career growth. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Consistent and purpose driven consultant interaction focused on gaining an intimate understanding of consultant population related to career direction, capabilities, desires, and current contributions to their Consulting Solutions project. Primary point of contact for Consulting Solutions consultants from the time of onboarding, while on assignment, and through end of assignment or ideally Kforce opportunity redeployment Proactively identify potential consultants who will become available in the short term (i.e., next 30-60 days) Collaborate with the Resource Management team in order to identify the right person for the right role at the right time, primarily by communicating consultants who are reaching the end of their assignment or who might be looking to make a transition. Review and recommend modifications to internal processes as needed for project control, operations review, and business support. Provide superior customer service utilizing a high-touch, customer centric approach focused on collaboration and communication. Participate in strategic resource planning with the relevant Consulting Solutions and field team members. Partner with RM Lead to maintain awareness to CS opportunity pipeline to assist in aligning current consultants who might be ending with upcoming projects. Develop knowledge of skills, experiences, and career goals of the consultants in the assigned Practice Area in order to factor that into staffing decisions. Make recommendations to leadership as needed to foster skill development in order to better meet client demand or to align the consultant with the right growth opportunities. Provide basic guidance and support to assigned consultants. Loosely and informally monitor consultant workload, utilization, and hours and escalate issues. Partner with leadership and other Consulting Solutions team members to escalate and resolve any potential client concerns. Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with management and key cross-functional stakeholders internally. Document consultant conversations and follow-up action items in Kforce’s systems of record Partner with other Resource Managers to identify career opportunity outside of aligned practice area.
