          "text": "<p>This is a full-time on-site role for a Fleet &amp; Compliance Coordinator located in Syracuse, NY. The Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, conducting vehicle audits, analyzing compliance data, and developing strategies to optimize fleet management.</p><ul><li>Coordination with Operations Managers and Transportation Supervisors to maintain and track DOT/regulatory compliance</li><li>Assist &#xa0;EHS and Transportation leadership with regard to strategies to build a culture of safety within the transportation organization</li><li>Assist with fleet management and reporting, including accurate tracking of all fleet, registrations, and maintenance</li><li>Assists management in investigating transportation related accidents and injuries and works with management to prepare necessary materials and evidence for use in hearings, lawsuits and insurance investigations</li><li>Assist with mock DOT compliance audits, institute site self-inspection protocols</li><li>Assist with management of roadside inspection process</li><li>Partner with EHS, P&amp;O, and operational leadership to develop safety policies and programs.</li><li>Assist in maintaining company related driver tools and systems&#xa0;</li></ul>",
