At ABC Supply, we have YOUR future covered.</span></p><p></p><h3>Summary:  </h3><p></p><p>Establish credit lines for potential new customers as well as maintaining existing customer credit lines by performing reviews of financial statements, credit reports and account history.</p><p></p><h3>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:<b> </b>include the following.  Other duties may be assigned.</h3><ul><li>Evaluate portfolio risk to share with field operations and CFS management.<ul><li>Include discussions about unsecured and secured money</li><li>Job account participation</li></ul></li><li>Each quarter recommend shifts in risk tolerance based on current economic conditions.</li><li>Evaluate the credit lines of the existing customer base and make appropriate adjustments to credit lines<ul><li>Ensure proper documentation is in place<ul><li>Credit Application, Ownership, Financial Statements, Tax Exempt Forms</li></ul></li><li>Evaluate financial statements, credit reports and other documentation</li><li>Design action plans<ul><li>Obtain additional security, guarantees, etc.</li><li>Hold review meetings with management and outside sales staff</li><li>Discuss with customer</li><li>Elevate issues</li></ul></li></ul></li><li>Review credit applications for a given region approving or denying within authority limitations<ul><li>Obtain/negotiate additional security and guarantees as appropriate.</li><li>Obtain and review customer financial statement information for credit recommendation</li><li>Discuss options with management and sales</li><li>Elevate discrepancies and disagreements between field operations and CFS team</li></ul></li><li>Review large job credit extensions as elevated approving or denying within authority limitations.<ul><li>Ensure proper security is available</li><li>Discuss options with field operations</li></ul></li><li>Ensure all necessary steps are taken and documented to preserve lien/bond rights</li><li>Resolve customer and branch issues elevated by processors, others in the CFS organization, accounting or branches</li><li>Make certain that each request is given equal consideration</li></ul><p></p><h3>As Needed / Projects:</h3><ul><li>Participate in new software development, training and testing</li><li>Acquisition Follow up<ul><li>Obtain new Credit Applications</li><li>Obtain/Maintain old credit applications</li><li>Ensure proper document retention</li></ul></li><li>Travel required</li></ul><ul><li>Travel to Regional, District and Branch Meetings</li><li>Other travel as deemed necessary</li></ul><ul><li>Participate in NSC/Region surveys, questionnaires, etc.</li><li>Elevate ethical issues, policy deviations and procedure issues</li></ul><p></p><h3>Qualifications:</h3><ul><li>Prefer a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting or equivalent experience.</li><li>Three years’ experience in Commercial Credit and Collections</li><li>Basic Knowledge of effective credit extension practices, credit laws, construction liens and bonds</li><li>Proficient in Excel and Word</li><li>Ability to Manage and prioritize multiple tasks in order to meet deadlines with varying degrees of pressure</li><li>Strong organizational, communication and follow up skills</li><li>Ability to handle confidential information responsibly</li><li>Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making capabilities with the ability to properly assess pertinent data and develop a framework for effective and practical solutions to complex issues</li><li>Team player with the ability develop strong working relationships and bring groups together on difficult issues</li></ul><p></p><h3><span>Benefits may include:</span></h3><ul><li><span>Health, dental, and vision coverage - eligible after 60 days, low out of pocket</span></li><li><span>401(k) with generous company match - eligible after 60 days, immediately vested</span></li><li><span>Employer paid employee assistance program</span></li><li><span>Employer paid short term and long-term disability</span></li><li><span>Employer paid life insurance</span></li><li><span>Flex spending</span></li><li><span>Paid vacation</span></li><li><span>Paid sick days</span></li><li><span>Paid holidays</span></li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>Equal Opportunity Employer / Drug Free Workplace</span></b></p><p></p><p><b><span>​ABC Supply values diversity and we actively encourage women, minorities, and veterans to apply.</span></b></p><p></p>",
