This role is responsible for conducting on-site and camera-based assessments of customer&rsquo;s workforce, vendors and non-for-profit groups to ensure they are complying with the customers policies and procedures. &nbsp;</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ol start=\"1\" type=\"1\"><li><strong>Compliance Monitoring:</strong><ul type=\"circle\"><li>Conduct routine, unannounced, and undercover site visits to monitor operations.</li><li>Use camera equipment to remotely observe and evaluate employee adherence to compliance standards.</li><li>Ensure employees are checking valid government-issued IDs for all liquor purchases, in compliance with state &amp; federal laws and customer policies and procedures.</li><li>Verify that employees are following credit card-only payment policies for food and beverage transactions.</li></ul></li><li><strong>Documentation and Reporting:</strong><ul type=\"circle\"><li>Accurately document findings from both on-site and camera-based assessments using provided checklists and reporting tools.</li><li>Submit detailed reports to management highlighting any areas of concern or non-compliance.</li><li>Maintain confidentiality and integrity when handling camera footage or sensitive compliance information.</li><li>Maintain security over and accurate records of issued currency issued credit card.</li></ul></li><li><strong>Policy Enforcement:</strong><ul type=\"circle\"><li>Ensure all activities align with client and company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.</li><li>Support management in implementing corrective actions or disciplinary measures for repeated or serious compliance issues.</li></ul></li><li><strong>Age Requirement:</strong><ul type=\"circle\"><li>Employees in this role must be 21 years of age or older due to the nature of monitoring alcohol sales and compliance with liquor laws.</li></ul></li></ol><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate&rsquo;s degree preferred.</li><li>Previous experience in compliance, auditing, retail, or concessions operations is a plus.</li><li>Familiarity with liquor laws, point-of-sale systems, and camera monitoring equipment preferred.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and observational skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.</li><li>Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.</li></ul><p><strong>Work Environment:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>This role requires frequent travel to concession locations and standing for extended periods during assessments.</li><li>Involves working in outdoor or crowded environments depending on the location of the concessions.</li><li>May require operating and reviewing footage from camera equipment for extended periods.</li></ul><p><br></p><p style='margin-top:0in;margin-right:0in;margin-bottom:8.0pt;margin-left:0in;line-height:115%;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Aptos\",sans-serif;' data-pasted=\"true\">We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
