Come join Arcwood and be part of our legacy of environmental leadership!</p>\n<h2>Essential Functions & Responsibilities </h2>\n<p><strong>Analyst, Strategy </strong><strong></strong>As an Analyst, Strategy you will serve as a key influencer of data-driven decision-making, helping shape long-term growth and operating efficiency across Arcwood. Reporting directly to the Vice President, Strategy you will support enterprise-wide initiatives including strategic planning, growth projects, market intelligence and value creation efforts. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>You will be responsible for bridging complex datasets and actionable business strategies while collaborating directly with senior leadership and cross-functional teams including operations, commercial, and functional departments. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Keys to success in this highly-visible role are strong data visualization and technical skills, coupled with the ability to effectively collaborate to develop strategies that drive performance, profitability, and sustainable growth. </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Prioritizes health and safety by adhering to policies, processes, and maintaining safe practices at all times</li>\n <li>Conducts deep quantitative and qualitative analyses to support market entry decisions and operating model optimization </li>\n <li>Leads market intelligence by performing market sizing, customer segmentation, and competitive analysis to shape growth strategies and emerging trends </li>\n <li>Translates market and customer insights into clear recommendations that inform commercial and investment decisions </li>\n <li>Develops robust business cases and scenario analyses for capital investments and expansion opportunities </li>\n <li>Assists with annual strategic planning, budgeting and long-range forecasting processes </li>\n <li>Tracks market-driven performance indicators to identify risks and opportunities impacting growth and margin </li>\n <li>Collaborates with Transformation, Value Creation, Commercial and Finance teams to ensure strategic alignment </li>\n <li>Prepares Board-ready presentations and automated dashboards for senior leadership </li>\n <li>Takes on additional duties as assigned to support the team and organization</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Education </h2>- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or related field (required) - MBA (preferred)\n<h2>Experience</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>2+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, or related role (required) </li>\n <li>Advanced analytics experience utilizing Tableau or Power BI (required) </li>\n <li>Exposure to the environmental services industry or industrial production and process industries (preferred) </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Benefits, Compensation & Workforce Diversity</h2>Arcwood offers stability you can count on and opportunities to grow.
