This role is an essential part of our multidisciplinary team, helping patients navigate daily routines, build life skills, and develop healthy emotional expression under the supervision of licensed clinical staff.</p><p><br></p><p>MHTs play a critical role in supporting patients’ well-being through safety monitoring, group facilitation, therapeutic interaction, and crisis de-escalation.
