As an Automotive Mechanic, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and efficiency in the maintenance and repair of vehicles. You will work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing your knowledge of automotive systems and schematics to diagnose and repair a variety of vehicles.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>Duties:</p>\r\n\r\n<p>- Conduct PA State Inspections and Emission Inspections</p>\r\n\r\n<p>- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements<br />\r\n- Conduct repairs and maintenance on vehicles, including but not limited to alignments and ADAS recalibration<br />\r\n- Utilize hand tools and other equipment to perform tasks efficiently and effectively<br />\r\n- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for all customers<br />\r\n- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations<br />\r\n- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments and technologies<br />\r\n- Collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives</p>\r\n\r\n<p>Requirements:</p>\r\n\r\n<p>- High school diploma or equivalent<br />\r\n- Experience/Education as an Automotive Mechanic or in a related field<br />\r\n- Proficiency in the use of hand tools and other equipment<br />\r\n- Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace<br />\r\n- Excellent customer service skills<br />\r\n- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines</p>\r\n\r\n<p>PA Inspection and Emission licenses are highly preferred!</p>\r\n\r\n<p>Opportunities for advancement working for this busy auto repair shop.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>Excellent benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k with match, PTO, Employee Discounts, etc.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>EOE</p>\r\n",
