Key Responsibilities Advertising Campaigns & Media Buying: Plan, implement, and optimize performance-based advertising campaigns across multiple channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.). Analyze and report on ad campaign performance, ensuring maximum ROI. Negotiate and manage relationships with media vendors to secure cost-effective ad placements. Email Marketing: Develop, execute, and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and customer engagement sequences. Segment and maintain email lists to ensure targeted messaging and high engagement rates. Monitor, analyze, and report on email campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversion rates, etc.) to refine future strategies. Database Management & CRM: Manage and optimize the customer database (HubSpot), ensuring data accuracy and segmentation for targeted campaigns. Leverage CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot,) to nurture leads, track customer behavior, and automate communications. Partnerships & Strategic Alliances: Identify, negotiate, and manage new partnerships and collaborations with relevant brands, influencers, and industry leaders. Develop joint marketing initiatives to boost brand awareness and lead generation. Track partnership success and ensure alignment with business goals. Marketing Automation: Implement and optimize marketing automation workflows to increase lead generation and sales conversions. Set up and maintain marketing funnels, nurturing campaigns, and customer journeys using automation tools. Continuously test and optimize automated workflows to maximize efficiency and results. Reporting & Analysis: Regularly analyze key marketing metrics, including traffic, leads, conversions, and ROI, providing actionable insights to senior management. Produce reports and dashboards to track campaign performance across channels. Collaboration & Strategy: Work closely with the creative, content, and sales teams to align marketing campaigns with overall business objectives. Participate in strategic planning and execution of marketing initiatives. Key Skills & Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field 4+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong background in digital advertising, email marketing, media buying, CRM management, and marketing automation. Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital advertising platforms. Expertise in email marketing tools and CRM platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.). Hands-on experience with marketing automation and campaign optimization. Excellent project management, communication, and negotiation skills. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive decision-making. Fluency in Russian & English (C1 or higher), both written and spoken. Why SiGMA Group?
