          "text": "<p>The Site Superintendent supports the TBM operations in overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of tunnel construction activities. This role ensures that all work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with design specifications and project timelines.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Supervise self-performance crews supervisors.</li><li>Supervise subcontractor team on the area in their control.</li><li>Supervise the logistics, stock and delivery on site.</li><li>Ensure that HSE is always guaranteed by enforcing a safe work environment, implementing and monitoring safety protocols, and conducting regular safety inspections to prevent accidents and mitigate risks.</li><li>Manage and coordinate all construction activities on the station project, ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and applicable regulations.</li><li>Monitor the quality of work performed on-site to ensure adherence to industry standards, project requirements, and best practices.</li><li>Collaborate with General Super, Project Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to develop and implement construction schedules, work plans, and resource allocation to meet project milestones and objectives.</li><li>Identify and address any issues or obstacles that may arise during the construction process, employing effective problem-solving skills to maintain project progress and minimize delays.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of construction activities, including daily reports, progress updates, and any changes or deviations from the original plans.
