LEE associates are offered the opportunity to learn and grow in their career.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>SUMMARY</strong></p><p>Sew complete cover which includes flatwork, cushions, ottomans, and pillows.</p><h1>PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES</h1><ul><li>Able to work in a fast-paced production environment</li><li>Operating industrial sewing machine to sew cushion to meet production schedule</li><li>Working with complex leather need to be very detailed and quality minded</li><li>Work from tickets to ensure accuracy from customer order to product</li><li>Responsible for being efficient and meeting quality standards</li><li>Turning and inspection on all welted, and blind seam cushions</li><li>Take apart repairs, trim, resew</li><li>All other duties as assigned</li></ul><h1>KNOWLEDGE SKILLS &amp; ABILITIES</h1><ul><li>Furniture cushion Sew Experience 3 years minimum (Leather Preferred)</li><li>Lean Manufacturing knowledge a plus</li><li>Will use computers at workstation for sew specifications to ensure quality is met per customer orders.</li></ul><h1>MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS</h1><p>&bull; Ability to work full time.</p><p>&bull; Effective communication skills</p><p>&bull; Good organizational skills and detailed oriented</p><p>&bull; Basic Computer Skills.</p><p>&bull; Must be able to lift/handle/carry 25 lbs. +</p><p>&bull; Long periods of sitting (minimum 10 hour per day)</p><p>&bull; Able to work independently.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>We are an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.</p></div></div></div></div>\n",
