In this role, you’ll lead a team of brokers specializing in the Contractors space, helping them navigate a high-volume pipeline to make insurance easy for small business owners across Canada. Reporting to the Associate Director of New Business, you'll be crucial in driving GWP growth, optimizing conversion ratios, and ensuring your team delivers speed to market without sacrificing quality. You’ll be responsible for your team’s GWP, binding ratios, and response times. Responsibilities: Sales Coaching: Be obsessed with the the customer experience. Improve team performance through hands-on coaching, shadow sessions, and actionable feedback. Leadership Focus: Be committed to the craft of leadership: delivering tough feedback, conducting 1:1s, and building a high-performing, resilient sales culture.
