This role serves as a bridge between HR/Payroll and IT, ensuring the Workday system is configured effectively to meet business needs, support scalability, and drive operational efficiency.</span></p><p><br><b>Duties:</b></p><span><b>Workday HCM Configuration</b></span><ul><li><span>Manage and maintain configuration of Workday HCM modules (e.g., Core HCM, Talent, Recruiting & Onboarding, Compensation/Advanced Compensation, Benefits (CCB), Payroll – US, Pennsylvania only, Time Tracking, Absence, and Learning Management/Extended Learning).</span></li><li><span>Support enhancements, business process changes, and new module implementations in collaboration with cross-functional teams.</span></li><li><span>Troubleshoot configuration issues and work with Workday Support or internal teams to resolve them.</span></li></ul><span><b>Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement</b></span><ul><li><span>Analyze current HCM processes and identify opportunities for optimization and automation within Workday.</span></li><li><span>Recommend and implement best practices to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.</span></li><li><span>Collaborate with stakeholders to re-engineer workflows and streamline HCM operations.</span></li></ul><span><b>Testing & Quality Assurance</b></span><ul><li><span>Coordinate and manage end-to-end testing activities, including test plan creation, user acceptance testing (UAT), regression testing, and issue tracking.</span></li><li><span>Ensure changes and enhancements meet business requirements and maintain data integrity.</span></li><li><span>Work closely with QA, HR, Payroll, and IT to validate new configurations or updates.</span></li></ul><span><b>Stakeholder Engagement & Communication</b></span><ul><li><span>Serve as a liaison between HR/Payroll, IT, and external vendors to ensure alignment and transparency.</span></li><li><span>Document requirements, changes, configurations, and user guides.</span></li><li><span>Provide training and support to end-users as needed.</span></li></ul><p><br><span><b>Required Qualifications:</b></span></p><ul><li><span>Bachelor's degree in HR, HR Management, Payroll Administration, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.</span></li><li><span>Experience as a Business Analyst or similar role supporting Workday HCM.</span></li><li><span>Strong understanding of HCM processes and Workday HCM modules.</span></li><li><span>Experience with Workday configuration, report writing (Workday Reports or Prism), and security roles.</span></li><li><span>Demonstrated ability to manage testing cycles and coordinate across teams.</span></li><li><span>Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.</span></li><li><span>Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</span></li><li><span>Hybrid scheduled/Physical presences required.</span></li></ul><p><br><span><b>Preferred Qualifications:</b></span></p><ul><li><span>Workday certification(s) in HCM or related modules.</span></li><li><span>Experience with change management and HR/Payroll system implementation projects.</span></li><li><span>Familiarity with project management and testing tools.</span></li></ul>",
