Our novel approach and rapidly expanding footprint put us in the unique position for continued growth to become a category leader.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Selector offers a discretionary PTO policy, health insurance, 401k, the opportunity for a bonus, and more.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Learn and develop technical expertise on Selector's operational analytics solution for networks, applications, and security workflows.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Support hands-on integration and deployment of Selector's platform to meet customer requirements, working alongside senior engineers.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Assist in deploying Selector's solution at customer sites, including helping to understand their data, workflow, and analytics requirements.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Help ensure customers are adequately enabled for use and basic self-serve extensions of Selector's capabilities.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Support pre-sales activities in collaboration with the sales team and senior engineers.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Contribute to the design and execution of Proof of Concept (POC) plans under the guidance of senior team members.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Document customer feedback and assist with product enhancement proposals to improve features and quality.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Requirements</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">0–3 years of professional experience in a technical or engineering role.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Foundational coding skills in Python; exposure to Ansible or Go is a plus.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Basic familiarity with public cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Exposure to containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Basic understanding of SQL queries for data extraction and analysis; familiarity with Jupyter notebooks is a plus.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a desire to learn in a customer-facing environment.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">General awareness of networking concepts (e.g., Data Center, WAN, DNS/DHCP) — deeper expertise can be developed on the job.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Eagerness to learn, a self-starter attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Compensation</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">The salary for this role is $120,000 – $140,000.
