Let’s Make It Happen, Together.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">TEAM PLAYERS</span><span> </span>who want to<span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span> </span>DO</span><span> </span>great work and find<span> </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">INNOVATIVE</span><span> </span>ways to make animals lives better through our<span> </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">CUSTOMER CENTRIC</span><span> </span>efforts should apply. </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><em>Argenta, MVS is currently looking to fill a Veterinary Technician role at our Oakland, NE location.</em></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br></span></p>\n<p>The<span> <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Veterinary</span></span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> </span>Technician</span> position is an opportunity for motivated, driven individuals to showcase their ability to multitask and work as a team.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">The Veterinary Technician adds value through the following responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Clean and perform daily chores repeatedly under the direction of senior staff and veterinarians.</li>\n<li>Collect research data and samples in accordance with study protocols and Good Documentation Practices.</li>\n<li>Assist veterinarians in observations and procedures and inform veterinarians if abnormalities are observed</li>\n<li>Promote and maintain the well-being of animals including feeding and basic care</li>\n<li>Repair, maintain and operate equipment/machinery</li>\n<li>Perform administrative duties that support the care of animals and site functions</li>\n<li>Responsible for recording information both timely and accurately</li>\n<li>Build relationships with key individuals and contributors in the organization and beyond</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Veterinary Technician requirements:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Associate degree in Veterinary science or equivalent education and experience</li>\n<li>Experience working with animals; large and small<br></li>\n<li>Ability to work well with others and maintain composure</li>\n<li>Ability to work collaboratively as well as communicate effectively both written and orally</li>\n<li>Attention to detail and analytically driven</li>\n<li>Dependability, flexibility and ability to multitask and manage time effectively</li>\n<li>Willingness to be on call and in on-call rotation, including weekends</li>\n<li>Live within a satisfactory distance to assist in on call purposes and procedures</li>\n<li>Ability to lift 50 lbs. regularly</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Argenta has strongly embedded company values which is key to who we are and how we deliver.
