This position primarily supports the Irvine location with occasional coverage in Newport Beach and requires flexibility for a 2nd shift schedule.\n<h2>What You'll Do</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead, coach, and develop a team of 50–100 associates and supervisors, fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and service excellence</li>\n <li>Oversee daily EVS operations including staffing models, schedule creation, task delegation, and quality inspections to ensure regulatory and Sodexo standards are met</li>\n <li>Conduct routine rounding, evaluate the environment of care, and partner with team members to identify opportunities for continuous improvement</li>\n <li>Prepare and deliver weekly performance reports, track key metrics, and lead special projects while maintaining a visible, hands-on leadership presence</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What We Offer</h2>\n<p>Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
