Description

The Latam Sales team markets and sells EM and G10 products to clients domiciled in US and Canada. The team onboards clients, manages client relationships, trades with clients and defines new products and capabilities that will be monetized. As a regular component of the marketing function the team identifies and communicates client needs and works on the solutions for such needs. As part of the trading activities, the sales team works closely together with the Engineering and Trading groups. The asset classes the team sells include Foreign Exchange, Rates, and Credit. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: • Build and manage relationships with clients located mostly in US and Canada • Cover the client flow needs linked to the multiple assets classes the FIC desk markets and distributes. • Track price posting, documentation generation and delivery, and settlement of executed trades. • Use financial, economic and mathematical models in the day-to-day job functions. • Identify and articulate process improvement ideas for the team. • Contribute to the client onboarding pipeline and manage the onboarding process for several prospects • Maintain strong global relationships with counterparts and management in Paris office • Build and sustain strong relationships with key local stake holders, SGCIB business lines and senior managers • Work closely with all business partners by meeting regularly to review strategic goals, support ongoing and new business initiatives and receive regular feedback • Managing the day to day operations of the team • Forecasts and tracks financial results throughout the year to meet budget projections. • Leadership: create an inspiring vision, set direction and motivate others to follow that direction and reach that vision • Client focused • Strong management and advisory skills • Organized and detail oriented The Latam Sales team markets and sells EM and G10 products to clients domiciled in US and Canada. We will consider other degrees as long as the candidate has very strong quantitative and mathematical skills. • Advanced knowledge of derivatives and financial markets. • Great attention to detail. • English language fluency (spoken and written). • Efficient team work ability. • Ability to learn and self-study financial products. • Series 7, 63 and 24 registrations Qualifications: • 10+ years of experience as a salesperson in EM • Strong fixed income experience obtained as salesperson, structurer or trader. • Solid relevant professional track record. • Undergraduate and/or degree in Finance, Economics, Actuary, Mathematics, Engineering or equivalent.
