As a Client Service Manager, you will work alongside the team&rsquo;s Advisors and Partners on a wide range of projects focused on clients&#39; needs. Moneta provides the opportunity for long-term career growth and professional development as you learn the foundational knowledge of wealth management.</p><p><strong>Essential Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Support Advisors and Partners in daily operations, mastering team processes and procedures.</li><li>Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients with complex account needs, serving as a key point of contact.</li><li>Assists with the onboarding process of new clients to Moneta systems and processes; ensuring all documentation and processes are complete.</li><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, liaising with Advisors/Partners and identifying value-added services.</li><li>Coordinate with centralized operations to implement best practices and enhance service delivery.</li><li>Execute Partner and/or Advisor investment recommendations via trading through Financial Custodial Systems (i.e. Schwab, Fidelity, etc.), adhering to deadlines and industry requirements.</li><li>Maintain accurate client records, process billing, transfers, and journals, and review cash reports.</li><li>Research and resolve complex financial scenarios as they arise.</li><li>Participate in professional development opportunities, team meetings, and internal training programs.</li><li>Ensure all activities adhere to policy compliance guidelines, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.</li><li>Perform additional administrative tasks as needed to support team operations.</li></ul><p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Qualifications</span></strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor&#39;s degree in finance, personal financial planning, accounting, or a related field preferred</li><li>2-3 years of work experience preferred</li><li>Must be authorized to work in the United States &nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Additional Information</span></strong></p><p>Moneta is committed to providing the best possible care for our employees; part of this care includes offering comprehensive benefits that enhance the well-being of employees and their families:&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Compensation range of approximately $65,000 - $75,000 base starting salary, depending on experience</li><li>This is a full-time, non-exempt, salary position</li><li>Paid holidays</li><li>Paid time off (PTO)</li><li>Employer cost-shared medical and dental insurance</li><li>Employer-paid short-term disability, long-term disability, AD&amp;D insurance, and basic life insurance</li><li>401k Match &ndash; 50% of employee contributions up to 6% of compensation</li><li>Discretionary annual profit-sharing bonus</li><li>Paid parental leave</li><li>Professional development reimbursement</li><li>Paid volunteer time off (VTO)</li><li>Employee referral incentive bonus program</li><li>Onsite wellness programs &amp; rewards</li><li>Employee engagement activities</li></ul><p><em>Moneta is a fiduciary fee-only Registered Investment Advisory firm and unable to hold securities licenses with the exception of Series 65. &nbsp;We also do not allow outside business activities, insurance commissions and/or trails.&nbsp;</em></p><p><em><strong>&nbsp;</strong></em></p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
