You’ll oversee crews, manage resources, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and under budget. Join a stable, safety-first company with growth opportunities and a strong project backlog.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-weight: bold\">Essential Functions: </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide daily leadership and oversight of field crews and subcontractors, ensuring quality, productivity, and safety standards are met</li>\n<li>Conduct daily jobsite visits and inspections to ensure workmanship and OSHA compliance</li>\n<li>Lead pre-construction meetings and coordinate with Project Managers and Foremen</li>\n<li>Plan and schedule materials, equipment, subcontractors, and manpower to prevent delays</li>\n<li>Proactively identify and resolve jobsite issues to maintain schedule and budget</li>\n<li>Enforce safety standards, address hazards immediately, and stop work if necessary</li>\n<li>Track project progress and communicate completion percentages for billing</li>\n<li>Submit weekly reports detailing progress, safety, quality, and impacts</li>\n<li>Identify and report change orders and cost impacts promptly</li>\n<li>Perform final quality inspections and ensure projects are completed on time and under budget<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-weight: bold\">Required Skills and Abilities:  </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>OSHA 30-Hour Certification required</li>\n<li>EM385-1-1 and 24-Hour Fall Protection Training preferred/required (as applicable)</li>\n<li>Certified in rigging, signaling, and operating equipment</li>\n<li>Proven ability to lead crews, manage resources, and deliver projects successfully</li>\n<li>Strong ability to read and interpret architectural plans, shop drawings, and specifications</li>\n<li>Excellent decision-making skills with a high level of accountability</li>\n<li>Strong time management and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment</li>\n<li>Effective written and verbal communication skills</li>\n<li>Demonstrated leadership style that is situational, team-focused, and results-driven</li>\n<li>Professional demeanor with the ability to represent the company positively with customers and team members<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-weight: bold\">Education and Experience: </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">High School Diploma and GED</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">5-10 years in construction and sheet metal roofing industry</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">2 years of leadership/team management experience</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-weight: bold\">Work Environment/Physical Requirements:</span><span style=\"font-size: 16px\"> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Pass initial drug test and participate in random drug test program</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Some indoor office environments (approximately 20% office)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Primarily outdoor environments in all types of weather (approximately 80% fieldwork)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Ability to perform elevated work (work on rooftops, heights)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Frequently lift and carry 50lbs or greater</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Frequent bending, kneeling, walking </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Overtime and weekend work</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Compensation &amp; Benefits Package:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Weekly pay</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Company phone stipend</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Company truck and fuel card or stipend</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Health, dental, vision insurance</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Life Insurance</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Paid time off</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">401(k) with company match</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Paid Parental Leave</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-weight: bold\">Work/Location:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">In Person: Colorado Springs, CO 80939</span></li>\n<li>Frequent Travel Required</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">If you’re looking for a stable, family-oriented company where you can grow your career and make a real impact, apply below!</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">J.R. &amp; Co., Inc. is proud to be an equal opportunity employer, committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce.
