Their role in cleaning and maintaining the Kitchen to ensure the hotel&rsquo;s high standards of quality are met is crucial to our success. The following duties are part of the steward&#39;s job responsibilities:&nbsp;</span>&nbsp; &nbsp;</span></span></p><ul><li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Mops and/or sweeps the Kitchen floors and washes all floor mats.</span></span></span></li><li dir=\"auto\"><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Thoroughly cleans all Kitchen equipment to include stove tops, grills, steamers, dish machines and vents with cleaning agents.</span> &nbsp;</span></span></li><li dir=\"auto\"><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Follow all safety, hygiene and cleanliness protocols at all time.&nbsp;</span> &nbsp;</span></span></li><li dir=\"auto\"><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Cleans oven hoods and filters and wipes down shelves and all Kitchen counters and prep areas.&nbsp;</span> &nbsp;</span></span></li><li dir=\"auto\"><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Replaces light bulbs.&nbsp;</span> &nbsp;</span></span></li><li dir=\"auto\"><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Completes any projects assigned by the supervisor.&nbsp;</span> &nbsp;</span></span></li><li dir=\"auto\"><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Empties all wastebaskets in the Kitchen and discards any additional trash.&nbsp;</span> &nbsp;</span></span></li><li dir=\"auto\"><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Cleans all grease traps and disposes of grease properly.&nbsp;</span> &nbsp;</span></span></li><li dir=\"auto\"><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Reports all items that need repair to the Executive Chef.&nbsp;</span> &nbsp;</span></span></li><li dir=\"auto\"><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">All other duties as assigned by the supervisor.&nbsp;</span></span></span></li></ul><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Regular attendance in conformance with the standards, which may be established by the Hotel from time to time, is essential to the successful performance of this position.
