    "description": "<h2>The Opportunity</h2>\n<p><strong>RS&H is currently seeking an Interior Design Associate I to join our team in Denver, CO</strong></p>\n<p><strong>.</strong></p>\n<p><strong></strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This position performs basic interior design assignments requiring the application of standard design principles and concepts.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Essential Functions:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Performs, under direct supervision, basic predesign, schematic design, and design development tasks, which may include assisting with programming, concept development, interior finish material selection, furniture, fixtures and equipment selection, and site surveys.</li>\n <li>Performs basic construction documentation tasks related to the interior design scope of projects of moderate size and complexity.</li>\n <li>Assists in research to support the development of proposed design solutions.</li>\n <li>Assists with client presentation preparation which includes formatting intended design using visual aids, renderings, and drawings utilizing advanced software and technology.</li>\n <li>Develops knowledge of state and local building codes, life safety codes, and other ordinances. </li>\n <li>Maintains resource materials and schedules meetings with manufactures' representatives.</li>\n <li>Performs all other duties as assigned and within scope of practice.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Requires a degree in interior design or architecture.</li>\n <li>Must possess basic knowledge of production software.</li>\n <li>Must possess solid oral and written communications skills.</li>\n <li>Must have the ability to effectively interact with and build relationships with others.</li>\n <li>Must be a US Citizen or National per client requirement</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications: </strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor's degree in interior design from a CIDA accredited program. </li>\n <li>Eligible to take the NCIDQ exam</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>The salary for this position in Colorado ranges from $56,492.00 to $75,680.00 </strong><strong>annually.
