    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-size:9pt;\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial, sans-serif;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size:12pt;\">The </span></strong><strong><span style=\"font-size:12pt;\">Assistant Technician </span></strong><strong><span style=\"font-size:12pt;\">will be responsible for the following actions/tasks: </span></strong></span></span></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:9pt;\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:11pt;\">Actively assist in radiography and other Nondestructive Testing operations to ensure a quality and safe work product is obtained.</span></span></span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:9pt;\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:11pt;\">Capable of following industrial radiation and general safety procedures set forth by the Company, State and Federal governing bodies.</span></span></span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:9pt;\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:11pt;\">Maintain and control safe work practices made necessary by the Company, State and Federal regulations.</span></span></span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:9pt;\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:11pt;\">Effectively meet project schedules outlined by Operations Management.</span></span></span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:9pt;\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:11pt;\">Maintain and promote a positive attitude while on projects.</span></span></span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:9pt;\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:11pt;\">Any other assignment necessary to meet Assistant Radiographer responsibilities set forth by the Company.</span></span></span></li>\n</ul>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size:9pt;\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial, sans-serif;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size:12pt;\">Required Qualification(s)</span></strong></span></span></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:9pt;\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:11pt;\">40 Hour Industrial Radiography Certification.</span></span></span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:9pt;\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:11pt;\">High School Diploma, GED, and/or advanced education.</span></span></span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:9pt;\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:11pt;\">Valid State Driver’s License and able to pass a Motor Vehicle History Evaluation.</span></span></span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:9pt;\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:11pt;\">Able to pass FBI background verification in accordance with Company’s Increased Controls program.</span></span></span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:9pt;\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:11pt;\">Capable of passing Company Drug/Alcohol, Fit for Duty, and Ergonomic Testing policies/procedures.</span></span></span></li>\n</ul>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size:9pt;\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial, sans-serif;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size:12pt;\">Required Experience</span></strong></span></span></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:9pt;\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:11pt;\">Previous experience is not required.</span></span></span></li>\n</ul>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size:9pt;\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial, sans-serif;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size:12pt;\">Preferred Qualification &amp;
