(ACC) is a joint venture between GE Aerospace and Lincotek Surface Solutions. ACC is a leader in the ready-to-engine airfoil applications market, namely thermal coatings for aviation components.&nbsp;</p><h3>&nbsp;</h3><h3>Position Summary</h3><p>The Production Operator performs automated Thermal Spray, Slurry, Chamfer, Laser and Ultra Sonic machine applications as well as prep-work such as sanding, gritting, and taping of parts. This position reports to the Shift Supervisor.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Essential Functions</strong></p><ol><li>Run automated Thermal Spray coating booth,Slurry Spinner, Chamfer, Laser and Ultra Sonic equipment.</li><li>Use calibrated instruments to perform critical measurements.</li><li>Check and maintain key process parameters.</li><li>Perform standard maintenance activities on guns and equipment.</li><li>Keep the fixtures clean and ready to operate.</li><li>Prep-work of parts.</li><li>Sanding and or gritting of parts.</li><li>Taping and masking of parts.</li><li>Assist and perform duties as assigned by their supervisor.</li><li>Enter Data into Electronic Log Books using Microsoft Excel, Word or other computer software.</li><li>Use of powered industrial trucks and/or overhead conveyor systems.</li><li>Working in the Company&#39;s Quality and Safety System context, in accordance with its procedures and requirements.</li><li>Performs other duties as assigned.</li></ol><p>&nbsp;</p><h2>Supervisory Responsibility</h2><p>&nbsp;</p><p>None</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Work Environment</strong></p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p>This job operates in both an office environment and a manufacturing environment. &nbsp;The role routinely uses standard office equipment, such as computes, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. &nbsp;The individual will be required to adhere to safety policies and procedures on the manufacturing floor.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Physical Demands</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
