Assisting the patient care teams. Keeping room/unit clean and providing exceptional patient experience and care in an inpatient setting. Trainees will transition to the LNA role after successfully completing the Nurse Assistant Training and obtaining a State of New Hampshire License for Nurse Assistant.  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities: </strong></p>\n<li>Obtaining vital signs, temperature, pulse, height, weight and blood pressure, intakes and outputs,</li>\n<li>Documenting in patient’s electronic medical record.</li>\n<li>Assisting patients with activities of daily living. </li>\n<li>Assisting the RN – tasks delegated by their direct care RN.</li>\n<li>Assisting other LNAs with designated assignments.</li>\n<li>Assisting with discharges/admissions. </li>\n<li>Keeping room/unit clean.</li>\n<li>Provide an exceptional patient experience and care in an inpatient setting.</li>\n<li>Performs other duties as required or assigned.</li>\n<p><strong>Attributes of a Successful Nurse Assistant are:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>A strong work ethic through reliability and dependability, time management skills, team work, and communication skills</li>\n <li>The ability to work under pressure and stress, including the ability to keep composure and think critically</li>\n <li>Flexibility and adaptability in the ever-changing environment of healthcare      </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>GED/HS Diploma</p>",
