Verifies materials received are as ordered and routes incoming items to appropriate departments/locations. Prepares items for shipment ensuring cost effective courier services.</p><p><strong>Job Functions</strong></p><ul><li>Pick-up, drop-off, distribute and ship to designated laboratories/refineries.</li><li>Log samples into laboratory system</li><li>Properly retain samples</li><li>Prepare samples for transportation</li><li>Dispatch courier services for hot shot shipments</li><li>Archive sample retain records</li><li>Assist laboratory and operations personnel in retrieving samples from retain</li><li>Daily maintenance of departmental company vehicles</li><li>Drive forklift for loading and unloading of shipments</li><li>Receive and properly distribute/process all packages delivered by various transportation couriers</li><li>May require additional administrative duties to be performed as needed.</li></ul>",
