Including Remote, Phone, Email and Onsite.</li>\n<li>Knowledge of ITSM &amp; ITAM tools – ServiceNow / ConnectWise or similar.</li>\n<li>Asset Inventory Management.</li>\n<li>User account management in Active Directory (Azure AD): User, Object &amp; OU (Creation / Deletion / Update).</li>\n<li>Installation of Windows 11 and other standard applications.</li>\n<li>Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, O365, Microsoft Teams, Antivirus, and Intune portal.</li>\n<li>Mobile device management via Intune for iPhone &amp; iPad.</li>\n<li>Local IT Vendor Management as needed.</li>\n<li>Documentation of IT Procedures &amp; Knowledgebase.</li>\n<li>Adherence to SOX Audit, IT Security and compliance standard procedures.</li>\n<li>General troubleshooting - Multifunction Printer, Laptop (Dell) &amp; Peripherals, Access control system, Audio &amp; Video conference system.</li>\n<li>Basic understanding of Networking.</li>\n</ul>\n<span style=\"font-size: 24pt\">Additional Duties</span>\n<ul>\n<li>Part of the Global IT Service Delivery team.</li>\n<li>IT Support to other global offices in local business hours.</li>\n</ul>\n<span style=\"font-size: 24pt\">Experience</span>\n<ul>\n<li>At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.</li>\n</ul>\n<span style=\"font-size: 24pt\">Competencies</span>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent Communication skills and ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.</li>\n<li>Strong organizational skills, and time management skills.</li>\n<li>Excellent customer service skills with empathy and a user-focused approach to providing support.</li>\n<li>Analytical skills to diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently.</li>\n</ul>\n<span style=\"font-size: 24pt\">Qualifications</span>\n<ul>\n<li>A bachelor’s degree or at least 2 years of experience in IT Service Delivery or End User Support Operations.</li>\n</ul>\n<br></li>\n</ul>",
