This is the go-to person in the dealership for product and technology-related questions.</p><p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Primary Responsibilities</span></strong></p><p>Demonstrate vehicle features to potential clients before and during the sales process in harmony with the Client Advisor.</p><p>Deliver new and CPO BMWs to their new owners in a knowledgeable fashion.</p><p>Assist BMW Service customers in understanding features and technologies in their cars.</p><p>Assist BMW Parts customers in determining compatibility of accessories and equipment on their BMWs.</p><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\"><strong>Additional Responsibilities</strong></span></p><p>This person is responsible for being the go-to person on staff for product-related questions. They need to be approachable, friendly, knowledgeable, and available for sales, service and parts department customers and employees.
