Come and work with the best of the best at Envoy Air where you will join a team committed to providing outstanding service.</p>\n<p>We offer:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Amazing employee flight privileges within the American Airlines global network</li>\n <li>Training and development programs to take your career to the next level</li>\n <li>Comprehensive health and life benefits (subject to location)</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>How will you make an impact?</p>\n<p><u>Responsibilities</u></p>\n<ul>\n <li>A planner develops immediate and overnight forecasted scheduling of aircraft maintenance requirements based on aircraft location and station capabilities</li>\n <li>Coordinates schedule of required daily, overnight and long range maintenance on all aircraft including maintenance checks and deferred maintenance requirements</li>\n <li>Develops, coordinates, and schedules Bill of Work for overnight maintenance and deferred tasks for department</li>\n</ul>\n<p>#EnvoyGSE</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>Who are we looking for?</p>\n<p><u>Requirements</u></p>\n<ul>\n <li>The ideal candidate must be able to work in a team environment and the ability to prioritize work and projects in order to meet competing deadlines from members of the team</li>\n <li>The ability to show initiative and critical thinking skills are necessary</li>\n <li>Must be able to work with minimal supervision, report to work regularly and on-time, and be self-motivated</li>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred</li>\n <li>Must be willing and able to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays</li>\n <li>Must be at least 18 years of age</li>\n <li>Must have strong working knowledge with all Microsoft suite programs, must have a high level of expertise in Excel, including proficiency in writing and calculating formulas using V-Lookup and pivot tables</li>\n <li>Must be able to read, write, fluently speak and understand the English language</li>\n <li>Experience in working effectively under deadline pressures preferred</li>\n <li>Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management preferred</li>\n <li>Possess a high level of organization and interpersonal skills preferred</li>\n <li>Demonstrated understanding of Envoy Maintenance and Engineering computer systems preferred</li>\n <li>Strong familiarity with Envoy Maintenance and safety policies, procedures, agreements and budgeting functions preferred</li>\n <li>Above average organization, interpersonal, oral and written skills preferred</li>\n <li>High level of understanding of MOCPM performance and procedures preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Please note: The description is intended to provide a brief overview of the position.
