Our vision is to become a worldwide full spectrum LVCG and cyber training/analysis developer, integrator and services provider.</p>\n<h2>Position Overview</h2>\n<p>Cole Engineering Services (CESI) is seeking a motivated and talented Software Engineer Intern to join our dynamic and innovative engineering team. This is an opportunity to grow your skills in a collaborative environment and make meaningful contributions to mission-critical applications.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Collaborate with experienced engineers in an Agile development environment.</li>\n <li>Work closely with senior developers and cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software solutions.</li>\n <li>Build a portfolio of real-world contributions to automation, security, and system reliability.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Required Experience/Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related technical field.</li>\n <li>Familiarity with the Java Programming Language.</li>\n <li>Understanding of fundamental computer science concepts, including data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.</li>\n <li>Experience with version control systems, such as Git.</li>\n <li>Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to tackle complex challenges and create innovative solutions.</li>\n <li>Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.</li>\n <li>Team-Oriented Mindset: A desire to work collaboratively and provide constructive feedback during code reviews and planning.</li>\n <li>Eagerness to Learn: A passion for software development and a willingness to continuously learn and grow.</li>\n <li>Attention to Detail: The ability to ensure solutions meet business requirements and are well-structured.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Special Requirements/Security Clearance</h2>\n<p>Please note that pursuant to a government contract, this specific position requires U. S. Citizenship status with ability to obtain a SECRET security clearance.
