This position will report to the Director of Talent for instruction and guidance on the daily tasks required.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Primary responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Research and book timely guests to appear on shows across the programming grid for Schwab Network</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Coordinate logistics for guest arrivals and wrangle guests to the set for their appearance</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Establish and maintain relationships with media relations and public relations contacts in the industry</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Attend shoots and other production events as needed</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Booking for The Schwab Network’s Digital and Linear network.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Requirements:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">4+ years of Booking/Segment-producing finance-related content</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Self-motivated and highly organized</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Able to work independently within a dynamic, complex, collaborative environment</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Candidates must have existing relationships with contacts in the industry</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Great interpersonal verbal and written communication skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Willing and able to work under tight deadline pressures</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Strong editorial judgment and a passion for business news and current events</span></li>\n</ul>",
