support audit preparation, execution, and follow-up activities.</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Perform routine in-plant audits and environmental monitoring as scheduled.</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Independently manage assigned elements of the QMS (e.g., pest control, document control, records management)</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Support and, where appropriate, independently manage CAPA processes, including investigation, root cause analysis, corrective action, and documentation.</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Assist with customer complaint investigations, including data collection, material review, and coordination of responses.</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Monitor and track quality issues such as holds, returns, and non-conforming materials.</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Assist in preparing internal and external quality reports for plant leadership and customers</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Perform product testing on samples, customer complaints, and competitive materials as required.</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Maintain testing equipment and coordinate calibration activities in accordance with approved procedures.</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Support troubleshooting of lab and testing equipment to ensure accurate and reliable results.</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Manage quality lab supplies, including inventory control and ordering.</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Work with product development and engineering teams to support quality requirements for materials, processes, and finished products.</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Assist in maintaining control plans and ensuring adherence to customer specifications.</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Support monitoring of inventory on hold, resale disposition, and quality-related material decisions.</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Assist in training and development of Quality Technicians and plant personnel on quality standards and procedures.</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Provide quality support in the absence of the Quality Manager, as needed.</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Contribute to building a culture of quality awareness and accountability across the facility.</li></ul><hr><p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\"><strong><u>What You&rsquo;ll Bring</u></strong></span></p><p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\"><strong>Essential Qualifications:</strong></span></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality, manufacturing, or product safety.</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Working knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and certification standards.</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Familiarity with quality tools such as root cause analysis, basic SPC, and auditing techniques.</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort with measuring tools</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Strong communication skills and positive attitude</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Willingness to learn and adapt in a technical environment</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening</li></ul><p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\"><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></span></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Associate&rsquo;s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience preferred.</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Experience working within a regulated quality system (ISO, GFSI, or similar) preferred.</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Experience supporting audits, CAPA processes, and quality documentation systems.</li></ul><hr><p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\"><strong><u>Compensation &amp;
