This is a role for someone who wants to take ownership of client relationships, deliver high-quality regulatory advisory work and support the development of a high-performing team.</p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">The Opportunity</span></p>\n<p>You will</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage and develop client relationships across a portfolio of investment firms.</li>\n<li>Provide regulatory advice covering FCA obligations and ongoing compliance requirements.</li>\n<li>Deliver and oversee compliance monitoring reviews, audits and remediation programmes.</li>\n<li>Support FCA authorisations, Variations of Permission, Change in Control and related applications.</li>\n<li>Act as a subject matter specialist, providing technical guidance to clients and colleagues.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>You will also:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and maintain your client book and professional network.</li>\n<li>Contribute to thought leadership and consulting methodology.</li>\n<li>Mentor Associate Consultants and Consultants.</li>\n<li>Support business development through cross-selling and identifying new opportunities.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This is advisory with ownership and visible client impact.</p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">What We’re Looking For</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience supporting investment firms gained in consultancy, professional services, industry or a supervisory environment.</li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of FCA regulatory frameworks including MiFID, AIFMD, SMCR and the Investment Firm Prudential Regime.</li>\n<li>Experience delivering compliance monitoring, regulatory projects and client-facing advisory work.</li>\n<li>Commercial awareness, stakeholder management capability and the ability to operate across multiple client priorities are essential.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Why Join</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>You will work directly with senior stakeholders across investment firms, helping them interpret regulation and strengthen governance.</li>\n<li>At Cosegic, we support over 800 firms across the financial services sector.
