We’re excited to welcome a new Holistic Youth &amp; Family Advisor (HYFA) to our growing team supporting youth and families across <span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Lynchburg City, Campbell County, Appomattox County, Amherst County, Bedford County, and Nelson County</span> areas.</span> This role begins as part-time, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position as our team and caseload continue to expand.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>This position offers growth opportunities, competitive pay, and upward mobility into leadership roles. If you’re passionate about making a meaningful impact, we’d love to hear from you.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Purpose</span></p>\n<p>Our goal is to positively impact at-risk youth (ages 5–21) and their families who face barriers to success in life. We promote healthy family balance, positive communication, and sustainable growth. Our focus is on strengthening families at the foundational level and supporting family reunification when applicable.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Holistic Youth &amp; Family Advisor - (Female Client Focused) Duties/Responsibilities:</span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Attend all service trainings to become qualified to provide the delivery of assigned treatment modalities.</span></li>\n<li>Meet with assigned clients for the agreed-upon time frames and maintain expected service hours.<br></li>\n<li><span>Provide community-based services to at risk youth, families, students, and parents.</span></li>\n<li><span>Responsible for providing the assigned services to clients that the HYFA has been trained and certified to provide.</span><br></li>\n<li>Provide supportive strategies and practical techniques to help youth and families meet identified goals.</li>\n<li>Maintain accurate and high-quality documentation of all sessions, incident reports, and treatment plans.</li>\n<li><span>Assist and participate in special company programs and initiatives.</span><br></li>\n<li><span>Successfully uphold and represent the Life Push, LLC brand of excellence and person-centered focus</span></li>\n<li><span>Act as a resource and guide to youth and/or parents and legal guardians of at-risk youth facing single to multiple barriers of success in life.</span></li>\n<li><span>Work closely with agency staff, case managers, and other case partners through phone contact, in-person conferences, and group meetings.</span></li>\n<li><span>Serve as an example/role model upholding the Life Push brand and expectation of excellence at <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">ALL TIMES</span>.</span></li>\n<li><span>Accept and relate to youth who may not always share the HYFA's personal lifestyle and values.</span></li>\n<li><span>Support the youth while maintaining the proper respect for the youth’s right to self-determination and independence.</span></li>\n<li><span>Attend company meetings and participate in both internal and external presentations</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Requirements/Qualifications:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must be at least 21 years of age.</li>\n<li>Must be able and willing to work flexible hours (afternoons, evenings, and some weekends).</li>\n<li>Education: Currently pursuing or holding a 4-year degree from an accredited institution in psychology, counseling, human services, sociology, social work, or a related field.</li>\n<li>Must be willing to submit to and pass a background check and drug screening prior to employment.</li>\n<li>Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to provide a copy of your current driving record (must be in good standing).</li>\n<li>Must have reliable transportation with valid insurance.</li>\n<li>Must be comfortable using computers and learning electronic record systems.</li>\n<li>Strong written communication skills, including the ability to write service and progress reports.</li>\n<li>Open-minded and culturally responsive, with a willingness to complete company orientation and training prior to being paired with a client.</li>\n<li>Demonstrated patience, active listening, and self-awareness.</li>\n<li>Must adhere to all deadlines, documentation standards, and client safety expectations.<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Resumes are required to be considered.</span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">We will contact you by phone or email to update you on the status of your application.
