    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><em><span style=\"color: #231f20; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">Tower Climber Top Hand (Tower Technician III)</span></em></span><span style=\"color: #231f20; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\"> </span></p>\n<p></p>\n<p> We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced towers climbers to join our established and growing team.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Tower Tech 3 Position Overview:</p>\n<p></p>\n<p></p>\n<p>As a Tower Top / 3 Tech you will be working in a team environment assisting with projects, which may include: new builds, site mods, water tanks or on a roof tops. Daily activities may include on-site installation, repair, and modification. You will be gain knowledge in effectively utilizing tools, technology, and other resources to install mounts, antennas, grounding, cad welding, associative RF components, and/or inspecting structures. You will be expected to follow all safety requirements set forth by Federal, State, Industry and RMC regulations at all elevations. Position is supervised by Construction Manager.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Essential Job Functions</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must be able to work at heights up to 500’;\n<ul>\n<li>Lead crew in carrying out installation, repair, modification, optimization, or acceptance test procedures of wireless infrastructures and electrical equipment</li>\n<li>Must have knowledge of installation of wireless infrastructure including but not limited to antennas, feed lines, fiber, shelters, self-support towers, guy towers, and monopoles</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>Run top and bottom of cell site.\n<ul>\n<li>Able to analyze and interpret site data</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>Must have knowledge of proper troubleshooting and repairing techniques</li>\n<li>Complete all site photos (down tilts, side tilts, azimuths, etc.) and close out documents required.</li>\n<li>Must be competent with all test equipment (Sweeps, PIM, Fiber, Microwave, etc.)</li>\n<li>Perform lead responsibilities effectively interfacing with all levels of management, staff, and customers\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to recommend changes, installation techniques, and/or aide in discussion to site layout/repairs</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>Complete assigned tasks within project scope accurately and efficiently\n<ul>\n<li>Strict attention to detail and organization; enabling timely task completion focusing on the quality of workmanship</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>Pick up/delivery of supplies, tools, equipment, components, etc.</li>\n<li>Maintain clean, orderly environment adhering to company policies and industry regulation/standard(s) (OSHA)</li>\n<li>Climb to elevated heights working safely and effectively\n<ul>\n<li>Observe project sites for defects and safety hazards that may require attention</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>Attend vendor and in-house training and participate in certification programs as necessary</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Requirements</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to run all aspects of the cell site construction or modifications with minimal supervision, while continuing to learn from experience</li>\n<li>Working knowledge of cell cite service monitors, RF test equipment, and PIM equipment</li>\n<li>Must have complete knowledge of basic hand tools and thorough experience with power tools</li>\n<li>Effectively interface with all levels of management, staff, and customers</li>\n<li>Previous experience working at heights safely and effectively</li>\n<li>Pass the following tests prior to employment: drug test, background check, and physical examination evaluation process during training</li>\n<li>Continuously stay CPR/First Aid AED, OSHA 30, RF Radiation Safety &amp; Awareness, &amp; Competent Climber certified</li>\n<li>Ability to travel up to 4 weeks at a time, followed by time off\n<ul>\n<li>Be available for evening, weekends, and rotational assignments; accepting on-call responsibilities</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Other Skills/Abilities</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to use office equipment (i.e. computer, copier, scanner, fax)</li>\n<li>Microsoft Office product knowledge (i.e. Outlook, Word, Access)</li>\n<li>Ability to effectively utilize the internet</li>\n<li>Ability to distinguish and identify colors/color schemes</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Physical Requirements</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Energetic and mentally prepared</li>\n<li>Ability to meet physical demands of duties\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.</li>\n<li>Ability to bend, lift, twist, squat, kneel, sit for extended periods of time</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>Ability to work outside and withstand varied inclement weather conditions</li>\n<li>Ability to reach, climb, and/or grasp ladders or other tall structures</li>\n</ul>\n<p> Benefits</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive Pay</li>\n<li>Medical and Dental Benefits</li>\n<li>Life Insurance</li>\n<li>401k Retirement Program</li>\n<li>Direct Deposit</li>\n<li>Drug-Free Workplace</li>\n<li>Top of the line PPE provided</li>\n<li>Annual Reviews</li>\n<li>Annual Safety Training<br></li>\n<li>Work/Life Balance</li>\n</ul>",
