      "content": "\n<li>Assembling, installing, and maintaining mechanical systems, machinery, and&nbsp;equipment.</li>\n<li>Troubleshooting machinery and performing routine preventative maintenance.</li>\n<li>Reading, interpreting, and following instructions and operation manuals.</li>\n<li>Demonstrate electrical competency for the purposes of troubleshooting and is familiar with&nbsp;electrical principles and components.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Able to weld and fabricate parts and equipment.</li>\n<li>Can use an electrical meter for testing purposes.</li>\n<li>Maintaining a schedule for inspecting, servicing, and testing machinery.</li>\n<li>Knowledgeable in piping systems, pipe fittings, pumps and motors, valves etc.</li>\n<li>Comprehension of gearboxes, motors, bearings, sprockets, chains, bushings, belts, and pulleys.</li>\n<li>Cleaning, repairing, and installing equipment and parts as needed.</li>\n<li>Able to operate sit-down forklift and/or articulating boom lift.</li>\n<li>Operate a variety of hand and power tools.</li>\n<li>Maintains a clean and organized work area.</li>\n<li>Complying with health and safety regulations.</li>\n<li>Able to be dependable and reliable ready to work.</li>\n<li>Performing general maintenance work on buildings as assigned.</li>\n<li>Computer skills; Microsoft Office</li>\n<li>Maintains a strong working relationship with all plant departments. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.&nbsp;</li>\n"

      "content": "\n<li>&nbsp;Industrial maintenance experience.</li>\n<li>2 years of experience as a Maintenance Mechanic or in a similar role.&nbsp; Preferred work experience in a food manufacturing environment. Welding and/or fabrication experience preferred.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>HS diploma or GED.</li>\n<li>Demonstrate knowledge and ability to operate hand and power tools.</li>\n<li>Demonstrate mechanical aptitude and ability.</li>\n<li>Demonstrate Strong computer skills.</li>\n<li>Able to perform physical task and demonstrate physical dexterity.</li>\n<li>Ability to troubleshoot to identify and recommend solutions.</li>\n<li>Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals.</li>\n<li>Knowledge of health and safety regulations.</li>\n<li>Ability to safely lift 50 lbs. and /or push, pull or move heavy machinery and/or drums.</li>\n<li>Ability to work up to a 12-hour shift</li>\n"
