      "content": "<div>\n<p><strong>Job Summary</strong></p>\n<p>Rocketship School Psychologists provide direct and indirect support to students, families, teachers, and school leaders to ensure high-quality programming and support for students with disabilities. The School Psychologist plays a critical role in supporting student success, maintaining compliance, strengthening intervention systems, and helping school teams create inclusive learning environments where all students can thrive.</p>\n<p>This position is based in <strong>Milwaukee, Wisconsin</strong> and reports to the <strong>Associate Director, Student Services</strong>. The School Psychologist will support students across Rocketship’s Milwaukee campuses through psychoeducucational evaluations, IEP meetings, pre-referral processes, behavior consultation, social-emotional supports, and Multi-Tiered Systems of Support.</p>\n<p>Rocketship schools use a meaningful inclusion model for special education. A core part of this role is partnering with school teams to develop plans and supports that allow students, regardless of disability, to access the general education setting to the greatest extent appropriate.</p>\n<p><strong>Location</strong></p>\n<p>2431 S. 10th Street<br>Milwaukee, WI 53215</p>\n</div>"

      "text": "Essential Functions",
      "content": "<div>\n<p>Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Lead psychoeducational assessments and formal behavior assessments.</li>\n<li>Write clear, high-quality, and compliant assessment reports.</li>\n<li>Attend IEP meetings and present assessment findings to the IEP team.</li>\n<li>Support the implementation of assessment recommendations, as appropriate.</li>\n<li>Participate in pre-referral meetings and provide consultation to school teams regarding intervention supports for students.</li>\n<li>Partner with teachers, school leaders, and student services team members to support MTSS systems and student intervention planning.</li>\n<li>Provide consultation and support related to social-emotional, behavioral, and academic needs.</li>\n<li>Work with families to build understanding of disability, student needs, and inclusive supports.</li>\n<li>Provide consultation and guidance to administrators, teachers, and families regarding general education and special education supports.</li>\n<li>Assist with coordination, communication, and consultation with community agencies, as appropriate.</li>\n<li>Maintain compliant practices, documentation, records, and timelines.</li>\n<li>Support the consultation, collaboration, development, and implementation of 504 plans, as needed.</li>\n<li>Provide additional consultation around social-emotional and behavioral systems and structures, as needed.</li>\n<li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li>\n\n</ul></div>"
