    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<div>\n <strong>In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:</strong>\n</div>\n<div>\n <ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;  padding-left: 48px\">\n  <li>\n   <p><span><span>Experience in handling Domestic and Import Suppliers.</span></span></p></li>\n  <li>\n   <p><span><span>Knowledge in Precision machined, Plastic and Rubber Parts procurement.</span></span></p></li>\n  <li>\n   <p><span><span>Timely issuance of Purchase Order to suppliers and coordinate direct shipments of Parts to factory.</span></span></p></li>\n  <li>\n   <p><span><span>Communicate with suppliers for PO acknowledgement and confirmations and update the same in ERP system.</span></span></p></li>\n  <li>\n   <p><span><span>Follow-up, or expedite parts to ensure customer requirements are met and ensure on time delivery.</span></span></p></li>\n  <li>\n   <p><span><span>Send delivery performance to suppliers and work with non-performing suppliers for improvement.&nbsp;</span></span></p></li>\n  <li>\n   <p><span><span>Work with suppliers to improve their flexibility to support surge and project orders.</span></span></p></li>\n  <li>\n   <p><span><span>Evaluate and determine best shipment mode to optimize logistic cost.</span></span></p></li>\n  <li>\n   <p><span><span>Maintain pricing and resolve pricing discrepancy to avoid delay in GRN and payment issues.</span></span></p></li>\n  <li>\n   <p><span><span>Escalating supplier delivery issues timely and work with alternate sources for mitigation plan.</span></span></p></li>\n  <li>\n   <p><span><span>Reconcile open PO and Inventory for subcontract materials.</span></span></p></li>\n  <li>\n   <p><span><span>Work with suppliers on the Demand-Pull Inventory (DPI) to stabilize the material inflow</span></span></p></li>\n  <li>\n   <p><span><span>Continuously monitor the supplier performance to meet the RSDL of 95%</span></span></p></li>\n  <li>\n   <p><span><span>To identify, recommend, and implement operational efficiencies to drive continuous improvement in the execution of procurement processes</span></span></p></li>\n  <li>\n   <p><span><span>Perform root cause analysis to expedite the resolution of service issues.</span></span></p></li>\n  <li>\n   <p><span><span>Prepare Customized reports for analyzing and incorporating improvements in processes.</span></span></p></li>\n </ul>\n</div>\n<div>\n &nbsp;\n</div>\n<div>\n <strong>Who You Are:</strong>\n</div>\n<div>\n <ul>\n  <li>\n   <p style=\" margin-bottom: 8pt\"><span>You hold self and others accountable to meet commitments.
