    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino;\">We are seeking a Diesel Mechanic to work on towing vessels in our transportation department.</span></p>\r\n<p><br></p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-weight: bold;\"><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Duties and Responsibilities</span></span></p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: georgia, palatino;\">Servicing and maintaining diesel engines, generators, and gear boxes. </span><br><span style=\"font-size: 13px; font-family: georgia, palatino;\"></span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Installing and removing engines and gear boxes.</span><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\"></span></span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: georgia, palatino;\"></span></li>\r\n</ul>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-weight: bold;\">Qualifications</span></p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: georgia, palatino;\">Must have experience in servicing and maintaining diesel engines, generators, and gear boxes. </span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: georgia, palatino;\">Must have experience in installing and removing engines and gear boxes. </span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: georgia, palatino;\">Must be familiar with basic electrical and plumbing systems. </span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: georgia, palatino;\">Must have own tools.</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: georgia, palatino;\">Must be self-motivated.</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: georgia, palatino;\">Must have reliable transportation.</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: georgia, palatino;\">Must be available for call-ins. </span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: georgia, palatino;\">Must be able to take instruction and supervision from all supervisors. </span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: georgia, palatino;\">Preferred experience with marine industry.</span></li>\r\n</ul>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-weight: bold;\"><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Working Conditions </span></span></p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: georgia, palatino;\">Monday-Friday 7:00am to 4:30pm.</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino;\"> Working outdoors, working in various weather climates, ability to withstand working on the water and heights.</span></li>\r\n</ul>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-weight: bold;\"><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Physical Requirements</span></span></p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: georgia, palatino;\">This is a physically demanding job, one where the incumbent is required to stand for extended periods of time, lift heavy objects on a regular basis, do repetitive tasks, work in confined spaces, ascend and descend ladders while carrying equipment and exposure to weather climates.</span></li>\r\n</ul>\r\n<p><br></p>\r\n<p><br></p>",
