    "description_html": "<p>&nbsp;Ensures orderly production and distribution of products by pulling orders from inventory, delivering production materials and supplies where needed, and staging finished product for final distribution.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Operates forklifts, pallet jacks, and other lift machinery to move items onto and off trucks, loading docks, or appropriate production areas&nbsp;</li><li>Reads and understands the job ticket and other special instructions before beginning the assigned job</li><li>Obtains and records accurate counts of finished products, goods, and/or materials to be shipped and for those received</li><li>Packs materials in a manner that will ensure delivery without damage, following job jacket and/or customer packing specifications as needed</li><li>Identifies contents and number of products using proper labeling methods</li><li>Arranges for shipments and communicates required delivery dates to carriers</li><li>Seeks the most cost-effective methods to ship and maintain a current rate list for carriers as needed</li><li>Obtains correct receipts from carriers with full information confirming shipment and/or delivery</li><li>Keeps an accurate log of all shipments</li><li>Checks incoming shipments of materials and goods to determine if they are the same as ordered, in quantity, quality, brand, and grade, and reports damaged goods to supervisor</li><li>Stores received materials in proper storage areas</li><li>Delivers goods and materials to the proper requisitioning department</li><li>Traces lost or delayed shipments and initiates claims for loss or damage</li><li>Checks the accuracy of all shipping and receiving documents</li><li>Maintains good security habits at the dock doors</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned</li></ul>",
