    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<div>\n Key Responsibilities\n</div>\n<ul>\n <li>Coordinate with internal departments on engineering drawings, technical studies, and project deliverables</li>\n <li>Manage and monitor production activities and project schedules</li>\n <li>Liaise with clients on project-related matters and provide solutions to issues</li>\n <li>Ensure availability of qualified manpower and resources for project execution</li>\n <li>Prepare Material Take-Off (MTO) and oversee material control, logistics, and shipping</li>\n <li>Review IFC drawings and shop drawings prior to production/fabrication</li>\n <li>Develop Method of Work, fabrication sequence, and Project Execution Plan</li>\n <li>Monitor project progress, procurement activities, and overall project performance</li>\n <li>Track project cost and report any deviations to the Project Manager</li>\n <li>Ensure compliance with safety standards and report any unsafe conditions</li>\n</ul>\n<div>\n &nbsp;\n</div>\n<div>\n Requirements\n</div>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or related) from a reputable university</li>\n <li>4–7 years of experience in EPC / Oil &amp; Gas / Construction projects</li>\n <li>Strong understanding of project execution, fabrication, and engineering coordination</li>\n <li>Experience in handling drawings, MTO, and project scheduling</li>\n <li>Good communication and stakeholder management skills</li>\n <li>Proficient in English (written and spoken)&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>",
