Our solutions drive efficiency, sustainability, and success for industry leaders worldwide.</p><p>The Field Service Engineer will provide advanced technical support, commissioning, and optimization of systems and equipment for clients worldwide.</p><p><strong data-pasted=\"true\">Roles and Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Execute start-up, commissioning, and performance optimization of advanced electrical and mechanical systems</li><li>Conduct detailed equipment inspections to verify proper installation and operational readiness</li><li>Analyze performance data during trials, ensuring systems meet or exceed operational standards</li><li>Develop and deliver customized training programs (both hands-on and classroom) for customer personnel</li><li>Provide technical support for preventive and corrective maintenance strategies tailored to each project</li><li>Review specifications and implement operational requirements to align with customer performance criteria</li><li>Collaborate with design teams, offering field markups and feedback for &ldquo;as-built&rdquo; revisions</li><li>Coordinate and oversee on-site activities, including vendor and contractor performance</li><li>Prepare and present detailed technical reports, capturing equipment performance and project milestones</li></ul><p><strong data-pasted=\"true\">Required Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field</li><li>5+ years of field service or relevant hands-on engineering experience</li><li>Strong ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings, along with operation and maintenance manuals</li><li>Proficiency with control panels, motor starters, AC/DC drives, and instrumentation.</li><li>Proficiency with high-speed rotating equipment</li><li>Experience with programmable controllers and operator interface terminals is highly desirable</li><li>Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for engaging with teams and customers</li><li>Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work</li><li>Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service</li><li>Willingness to travel extensively (up to 75%, including international and long-term assignments)</li></ul><p><strong>Equal Opportunity Statement:</strong> Komline is an EEO employer &ndash; M/F/Vets/Disabled</p><p>&nbsp;</p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
