We offer a unique combination of government experience and facilities expertise that has helped us earn a position as one of the country’s leading integrated service providers.</p>\n<h2>Job Summary</h2>\n<p>EMCOR Government Services (EGS) is seeking a <strong>Task Order Manager </strong> to provide Facilities Operations Maintenance and support Services to a Government Agency in <strong>Research Triangle Park, NC.  </strong>The Task Order Manager is responsible for the  planning, oversight, management, and/or execution of commercial construction, maintenance, and operations projects and/or task orders associated with the contract.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>#EGS</p>\n<p>#LI-NS1</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>*** This position is contingent upon contract award. ***</p>\n<h2>Essential Duties & Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Responsible planning, oversight, management, and/or execution of commercial construction, maintenance, and operations projects and/or task orders.</li>\n <li>Coordinating work and communicating with customers and subcontractors.</li>\n <li>Developing, modifying, and tracking schedules</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>A minimum of five (5) years of experience with responsible planning, oversight, management, and/or execution of commercial construction, maintenance, and operations projects and/or task orders. This experience must be in a large commercial/industrial facility or at multiple facilities with complex mechanical, electrical, and structural requirements.</li>\n <li>The Project Manager shall have a North Carolina General Contractor’s license.</li>\n <li>Must have experience coordinating work and communicating with customers and subcontractors.</li>\n <li>Must have experience developing, modifying, and tracking schedules.</li>\n <li>Must be skilled with Microsoft programs, including Word, Excel, and Project. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Equal Opportunity Employer</h2>As a leading provider of mechanical and electrical construction, facilities services, and energy infrastructure, we offer employees a competitive salary and benefits package and we are always looking for individuals with the talent and skills required to contribute to our continued growth and success.
