We’re looking for an AP/AR Office Clerk who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. In this financial and administrative position, you’ll take ownership of processing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling invoices, and maintaining accurate financial records. You’ll also provide essential clerical support to our Legal Department, making this a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their workday.

OBJECTIVE
To accurately process all accounts payable and receivable transactions, maintain organized and compliant financial and legal records, and provide reliable clerical support to ensure efficient operations across the Finance and Legal departments.
This Position is Full-Time and Onsite in Clifton Heights, PA
PRIMARY JOB DUTIES
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and timely
Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies
Upload and pull files for payments
Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records of financial transactions
Provide clerical support to the legal department
SECONDARY JOB DUTIES
Match incoming mail to specific files for payments
Match checks for payment processing
Scan and upload legal documents
Organize legal files and destroy according to guidelines and procedures
Keep an up-to-date inbox of tasks assigned
Backup office support duties, including uploading and filing
Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and propose ideas
Foster effective communication and collaboration between countries and cultures within all regions
Assist in project work as required
Act as backup to other members of the various departments
Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality with all information entrusted with
OTHER JOB DUTIES
This position will perform other duties as requested. WORK HOURS
It is essential that this position adhere to the assigned work schedule. This is a full-time position: Monday through Friday, typically between the hours of 8:00am to 5:00pm EST/EDT, subject to change with advanced notice. Schedules and hours required vary by region, department, client, and/or team. Schedules will be assigned on an individual basis by the manager/supervisor of the position. This position may be required to work off-hours to accommodate time zones.

This position does not require travel
WORK ENVIRONMENT
This job operates in an office setting. This role may routinely use standard office equipment such as computers, headsets, telephones, webcams, photocopiers/printers, and related. The noise level in the office setting is limited to quiet.
